Evening is a great time for yoga. You are warm and relaxed, like most people you might be more energetic in the evening and more willing to practice to release the stress and tiredness of the day. This class is slow and low intensity but it will prepare the body for deep relaxation and a deep, restful sleep. It can also help you to digest the food you have consumed throughout the day.
